Founder & Educator
I have been teaching for seven years. For four of those I have been dedicated to working with children on the Autism spectrum. Through my years of teaching, I have discovered the importance of incorporating creativity, fun and, most importantly, enthusiasm into academic lessons. There is a huge need in the area for extra one-on-one lessons for children in their pre-primary -primary School years. I have found that creativity has played a big part in helping learners to achieve milestones and help grasp academic concepts. Children are more willing to engage when the activity is creative and fun. I have therefore been able to target specific academic skills in creative ways in order to help bridge the gaps.
I am a mother of two children aged 6 and 9 years old. I am a qualified Early Childhood Educator with a special interest in Autism, specifically in the early years. I believe early intervention is fundamental in helping children overcome barriers to learning by meeting their own emotional, social, and academic milestones. Each and every Each child is unique in their learning style, with their own individualized goals and I am dedicated to helping them find a way to reach their full potential through fun and creative one-on-one tutoring.
